Feel Great in Recycled Clothing
Why choose clothing made from recycled fibers?
Producing raw materials for clothes requires huge amounts of land, water, energy, and chemicals. By choosing recycled, the circularity loop is closed by re-utilizing fabrics like wool, cotton, and polyester – and materials like post-consumer plastic water bottles.

The future is recycled
We increase our use of recycled natural and synthetic fibers every season. In 2024, 72% of our synthetic fibers (think polyester and nylon) were recycled. Our goal is to bump that up to 100% by 2026… and we are well on our way!

Where do recycled fibers come from?
Recycled fibers are processed in different ways, depending on how materials are sourced. Here are the ones we use:
- Recycled cotton – We re-utilize cotton fiber scraps and by-products that otherwise would be landfill-bound.
- Recycled polyester – Post-consumer plastic water bottles (you read that right) get turned into fibers through shredding, pelletizing, and spinning. It takes about 9 water bottles to make a t-shirt. There’s nothing like telling someone: “Thanks! It’s made from water bottles!”
- Recycled wool – Wool is reclaimed from scraps and existing fabric, then re-spun for new life and coziness.
- Recycled nylon – While virgin nylon is made from petroleum, the recycled version is made from pre-existing nylon products that have been melted and spun into yarn. Spoiler alert: Recycled has the same performance and durability!
