Returns and Exchanges Happen
We stand behind our products with a Joy-Backed Guarantee: If you don’t get a compliment within three wearings or your Toad&Co clothes don’t bring you joy, we’ll make it right. Please start your return within 90 days of receiving your item and we’ll take care of you.
Easily exchange for another size or item and we'll ship your new order once your return is dropped off.
For US orders, if you purchased the Easy Returns item, all returns are free. Otherwise, returns cost a flat $7 shipping fee. Refunds are issued once your return is dropped off.

Return Internationally
Goods sold to Canadian shoppers that qualify for duties and taxes reclaim under the CREDITS program will be refunded in full as part of the return. For all other countries duties and taxes are non-refundable. Since duties and taxes are paid to the local customs bureau, they cannot be refunded by Toad&Co.
Returns shipping will be calculated based on location.
We offer customers to pay a small fee upfront to allow for easy returns without any additional shipping label fees.
The Easy Returns item cannot be cancelled or refunded and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts.
Return coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
Yes! We offer free exchanges on US orders. You can easily exchange your item for another size in the same color. Or, if you'd like to swap for another color, or pick another item entirely, you have two options:
1) Use your instant credit to shop the site for another item
2) Select "return for store credit" when you process your return and use your store credit towards your new order at your convenience. And bonus, store credit never expires.
Please note, we aren't able to process exchanges on exchanges. Instead, you can opt for store credit if you'd like to exchange your exchange. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at info@toadandco.com and we would be happy to help!

If you know your gift order details, you can enter them and we will be able to pull up the items. If not, fill out the form and our service team will do our best to help locate the gift purchase.
If your item(s) was purchased through a Toad&Co retailer or Toad&Co store, please contact that original store for assistance as we will not be able to locate the original order in our returns system.
We're sorry to hear that! Please click the Start a Return button above and select the item you would like to return. When prompted, select return reason as Item was Damaged and provide an image of the issue. You can then choose to replace the item (if inventory is available) or return for something else.

Unfortunately, our Toad&Co Retail Stores in Golden, CO and Chicago, IL are not able to process returns for items purchased online.
